Currently,  obesity is the most health problems all over the world. The more carbohydrates and sugars we consume, our weight will  easily grow up, and the risk for various diseases will increase. May be, fruit juice diet is one of the options to combat it.

If you want to start weight loss program with fruit juice diet, consider the following suggestions. First, you should not eat only fruit juice continuously without consume other sources of essential nutrients such as protein, fat, and carbohydrates as energy source. Fruit juice diet is only serves to remove toxins from the body, and should not be done in a long time. There was also an argument that fruit juice diet is very good for face.

To make fruit juice, use fresh fruit instead of buying fruits that has been packaged, which likely contain preservatives. Fresh fruit does not contain any preservatives, so you'll get all the nutrients contained in it. If you choose a grapefruit for your diet, be careful, because grapefruit contains an enzyme that can reacts with the drug. So for those of you who are taking medication, it is better to consult an expert before.

According to Mayo Clinic, the use of medications such as calcium blockers, antihistamines, anti-depressant, and statins should not be used together with grape fruit juice diet. If you're taking medication from your doctor and you want to consume grapefruit juice, you should consult with your doctor.     4 carrots in moderate size
    2 stalks of celery, including the leaves and stems
    Handful of parsley
    4 young leaves of spinach
    1 drop of tabasco

Use a blender to mix all the ingredients above. Use only fresh fruits. Start by drink six to eight glasses of fruit juice per day. You are allowed to eat snacks as long as no more than 1500 calories per day. If constipation occurs during this diet program, use two tablespoons of Epsom salts dissolved in water to ease it. Keep in mind that eating few calories will make you feel dizzy.
