13 Day Diet

Ideal weight is the dream of every person. For women especially, her beauty would be perfect if she had a beautiful body, which will make her more looks dazzling. But in reality, most women are are lazy to eliminate their belly fat. Want to try a diet of 13 days? Why not.


Diet does not mean torture, many people are reluctant to go on a diet because of fears they could not eat well. Most people want to slim instantly, without have to wait for a long time. 13-day diet is not impossible, as long as you live consistently and ready to face any obstacles when undergoing it.


In a 13-day diet, your discipline is very decisive. In each hour, you should drink water, or about 2 liters of water per day and avoid cold water. Never far from the bathroom, in case you frequent urination.

13 Day Diet Menu

Days 1 and 8,
Morning:
a cup of tea or coffee (plus 1 tablespoon sugar).
Lunch: 1 bunch of spinach boiled for a while, 1 piece of fresh tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs.
Night: 100 grams of fried meat, lettuce was given orange juice.


Day 2 and 9 morning:  
Morning: a cup of tea or coffee (plus 1 tablespoon sugar).
Lunch: 60 grams of fried meat, one fresh fruit (such as star fruit, giant guava, orange, watermelon), lettuce.
Night: 120 grams of steamed chicken, 1 cup of non-fat milk (without added sugar).


Day 3 and 10:
Morning: a cup of tea or coffee (plus 1 tablespoon of sugar), 1 slice of toasted white bread.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 bunch of spinach or kale, one fresh fruit, 1 tomato.
Night: 120 grams of steamed chicken, lettuce sprinkled with lime or lemon.


Day-4 and 11:
Morning: 1 slice of toasted white bread, a cup of tea or coffee (plus 1 tablespoon of sugar).
Lunch: 1 slice of non-fat cheese, 1 boiled egg, one boiled carrot (do not boil too long).
Nights: 1 cup of non-fat milk without sugar, 1 cup full of papaya sprinkled with lemon.


Day 5 and 12th:
Morning: 1 large carrot without boiled and shredded roughly and sprinkled with lemon juice.
Lunch: 120 grams of chicken steamed with butter sauce (not excessively and not salty).
Night: 60 grams of steak fries (with corn oil), briefly boiled spinach, raw lettuce.


Day 6 and 13:
Morning: 1 slice of toasted white bread, a cup of tea or coffee (without sugar).
Lunch: 120 grams of steamed chicken, lettuce sprinkled with lime juice.
Night: 1 large grated carrot (eaten raw and sprinkled with lemon juice), 2 boiled eggs.


Day 7
Morning: a cup of tea or coffee (without sugar equal).
Lunch: 1 fruit of fresh, 60 grams of steak fries.
Night: It should not be eating!


If you are not disciplined, is likely you will be fat again, even though your weight successfully dropped. If there is a day that is not in accordance with the above menu, you have to repeat it from the beginning, even though you're close to the 13th day.


Research shows that, if the diet is run properly, your body fat might not come back, because the chemical conditions in your body is getting better. After day 14, do not overeating. 13-day diet is not harmful, just remove fat accumulated in your body, and only done once a year.
