Diet menu lose weight - Weekly Diet Menu

Lose weight 2-4 pounds in one week

This menu has been tried by my friend, and she successfully lose weight quickly, about 2-4 pounds in just one week. Precisely, I can not explain this. It might be kind of a mixture of cabbage soup diet and liquid diet. However, it is clear that this diet gives satisfactory results if you want to slim quickly. The point of this diet is the main menu of soup. All additional food, must not be fried, no fat and without oil. Soup can be eaten as frequently as possible The diet prescription, can only be done in the short term. After the diet is completed, you must keep your diet so that your weight does not grow back.
 

The main recipe of soup

  • Boil lean beef or chicken without skin. Take 500 cc of boiling water  
  • Insert: Onion: 1 grain Carrot: 2 grains Beans: just enough Tomatoes: 4 pieces Macaroni: (a little) and Celery Salt to taste. 
  • Soup must be cooked without oil.

Eat soup whenever you feel hungry
  • Day 1Soup + Fruits (except bananas) Melon, Watermelon, Apple. 
  • Day 2: Soup + boiled green vegetable - Evening: Add your menu with boiled potatoes  
  • Day 3: Soup + Fruits + Boiled green vegetables  
  • Day 4: Soup + Banana, at least 4 pieces  
  • Day 5: Soup + Meat / Chicken boiled or baked  
  • Day 6: Soup + Meat / Chicken boiled or baked 
  • Day 7: brown rice + Soup + boiled vegetables + coffee / tea without sugar can be taken every day - milk without fat / free sugar juice can be taken every day.
