Vegetable diet to lose weight fast and easy

In an effort to lose weight in order to achieve an ideal body weight with BMI calculation (Body Mass Index), I prefer to go on diet vegetables. My breakfast menu and lunch menu consists of vegetables and other companion, but without rice. At first, I thought this definitely not easy for me to run this kind of diet. Not eat rice, it feels like not eating. But after I tried, it was not too difficult. In fact, I am now able to enjoy breakfast and lunch menus without rice. Of course dinners feels tastier after a day I do not eat rice. I include rice at dinner (of course, not in excessive amounts - for vengeance, because during the day I do not eat rice).
Some of my favorite vegetables, which my healthy diet are :

1. Chicory
2. Broccoli

Why should choose chicory?

The reason I choose chicory as a healthy diet is, chicory not easily rot (durable), lasting up to one week in the refrigerator. In addition, the price is quite cheap and contains many vitamins and minerals.

Why do I choose broccoli?

Broccoli is super vegetable that very beneficial for health because they contain phytochemical substances. Moreover, broccoli is also rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C, folate, calcium, iron, and potassium. Broccoli also contains high amounts of fiber which helps smooth bowel movement.

Why I choose mustard?

Mustard has green leaves which is for me which is have blood type B, are type of vegetable which is can help to lose weight. Mustard has a texture which is not too hard to chew, so I'm not tired when I have to eat a plateful of mustard for lunch without rice.

Like other greens, mustard has a high mineral content, including iron that very important for the body.

Vegetable diet to lose weight fast - Here are some simple ways to cook the three types of vegetables
*Vegetable diet recipe 1: Chicory Oyster Sauce

Ingredient:
  • A few pieces of chicory
  • A little of cooking oil for sauteing
  • Garlic, thinly sliced
  • A few grains of processed meatballs, cut into small
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Oyster sauce to taste
  • A little of sugar

How to cook

1. Slice chicory roughly
2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, saute garlic until fragrant.
3. Enter the processed meatballs, saute it for a moment.
4. Enter the chicory, stir. Enter oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, mix well.

Because chicory has a lot of water content, then you do not need to add broth or water when cooking these vegetables. However, if you like vegetables with sauce, you can add the broth when chicory put into the pan; and cook until boiling. Finally, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.

note:

*) Broccoli and mustard can also be cooked in the same way. But for broccoli, boiled it in boiling water for one minute before putting it into the pan to sauteed. Alternatively, flush with boiling water first.

*) Minced Meat can also be used as a substitute for processed meatballs.

The next diet menu options is the with a mixture of more vegetables, but it takes a very short time to cook. Of course, the amount of vegetables can be adjusted, and even some vegetables can be removed, if you do not like.
