Diet for Blood Type A

Dr. Peter J.D 'Adamo in his book, {Eat Right For Your Type}, states that in 15,000 BC the blood type A has been found. At that time, our ancestors were hunters that begin forming communities and permanent residence.

They started to farming and eating vegetables and only eat meat in very small amount. For that reason Dr. Peter J.D 'Adamo recommends that owners of blood group A vegetarian diet.

Blood type A distinctive feature

* Having that relatively sensitive digestive system.
* Must avoid the food made from milk and meat products
* It is recommended to be vegetarian or eat the food high levels of carbohydrates, but low in fat.
* Minimize stress with meditation, or non-competitive sports.
* Quite a lot of rest.

The recommended diet menu

* Breakfast: Water mixed with lemon juice + Oatmel
* Afternoon Snack: Grape Juice / Coffee
* Lunch: Salad + Bread Wheat one piece + Herbal Tea
* Afternoon Snack: Rice Cakes two pieces + Green Tea
* Dinner: paste without meat + Broccoli + Yogurt + Herbal Tea
